“Scent of a woman” my exhibition within FIAF (International Festival of Art Photography)

F.I.A.F ~ International Festival of Art Photography – Photo Fest Romania is the largest photographic event in Cluj Napoca and the first festival of its kind in the country. The idea of the festival started from photography seen as a way of communication , accessible to everyone. Cluj is a cultural city that we want to capitalize from the visual point of view, through photography.

Hello everyone!

This is my biggest yet, photo-shoot for my dear friend Magdalena Ghencea and her “CherieMarie” designer clothes brand with the first collection for Spring-Summer 2011.

Two days of 12 hours per day of shooting with the Super Models: Delia Batinas, Lavinia Ana, Denisa Maier, Andra Stefan, and with the priceless help of Cristina Burduja our Video/Making-off Master, helped by Szilli, Pirosca Marcel and Nicu Ciocan the Light Masters, and Dan Antoaneta our Make-up Artist. First one at the studio and second in one of the luxury suite at the 5 stars City Plaza Hotel from Cluj.

This awesomely good looking woman was Romania’s contestant at the “Miss Model of The World” pageant in Shenzhen, China.
This photo-session was made especially for the pageant, two days before her departure and one day before her birthday Happy Birthday again, Delia !!!
For the shooting we had the extravagant white designer-dress that she got from Catalin Botezatu, the evening gown from Dadoo-Sibiu, the sexy black and white swimsuit from Jolidon and gorgeous shoes from Donna & Donna. Ileana Bocu was our Make-up Artist, Marcel our studio and lightning master and Lucian as one day assistant

The mask is the one I bought from the shop that made the masks for the Eyes Wide Shut movie in Venice

Useless to say that I’m in love with the Unite nude shoes especially the Eamz ones that are “conceptually inspired by a furniture design classic – the Charles and Ray Eames chair. The Eamz shoes are not designed by the Eames duo, but are an ode to them and their vision. The Eamz heel lifts the wearer 9 centimeters off the ground and is constructed from very light-weight steel. On the foot the Eamz feels sturdy creating a walk that is comfortable, sexy and eye-catching.” So f….ing awesome and sexy
